  16. I've been out of the newsgroup/Amiga scene for a while and now
  17. i'm being slapped in the face with all these BRS posts,
  18. etc..

  20. I bought B&PP 1.0e years ago and i was considering trying to get
  21. 2.5.. except now i'm finding out about this compuserve deal, and
  22. i guess i'm gonna have to subscribe to get the stuff.. 
  23. frankly Microsoft can go to hell for all i care with their damn 
  24. software practices..

  26. on another note, i'm looking to replace my current MIDI interface..
  27. i have an A500.. my current interface is that old ECE midi with
  28. 1 IN/OUT/THRU and the pass-thru for RS-232.. 
  29. it works fine except that sometimes my modem won't respond
  30. so i need to disconnect the interface and plug the modem directly..

  32. that doesn;t bug me.. the problem is my Qudraverb GT.. for some reason
  33. it throws my timings off.. i have an RY30 which does not have a THRU,
  34. so i have to put it at the end of the line.. and when i send clocks
  35. from the 500 they get screwed up..

  37. anyone out there familiar enough with what's available? 
  38. i need something with at least 2 OUT's and preferably 2 IN's..
  39. i don't think  i've ever plugged anything to the ECE's THRU port..
